One thing I’ve discovered is … when you live by your values, life becomes so much easier. You spend far less time wondering what you should do, how you should act, what’s right and what’s wrong. Your values guide the way.

Visualization is the art of using mental imagery to produce positive changes in your life.
Research has shown that both physical and psychological results can be improved with visualization. That’s why professional athletes like U.S. Olympic multi-gold medal winner Michael Phelps, and of course Tiger Woods, are some of the strongest proponents of creative visualization, and use it as a regular part of their training.
